Every parent may like to watch their baby crawling up and down in the house. The latest smart crawling blanket from Taiwanese designers can better encourage young children to carry out such activities.
The crawling blanket, called JoyCarpet, is equipped with led lights and music effects that inspire young children's curiosity and encourage them to crawl more actively and cheerfully. The LED lights on the blanket will change the flashing red, blue and green light to attract the baby's attention. When the baby touches the light point by hand, the blanket will play a short piece of music or some kind of sound effect, so that the baby will chase the spot that constantly changes position and continue to crawl.


The secret of the happy blanket is hidden under the blanket, and the parents can choose between two modes through a hidden switch, which is suitable for children whose body is growing at different stages. The crawling blanket is powered by a battery to prevent young children from touching the wires. The surface of the blanket is a soft blanket material with a led light board below it and a sensor and soundboard below.
Studies have shown that crawling can greatly promote the development of young children's brain and body. This crawling carpet design is among the 12 winners of the Lexus Design Award.
