II. Overview and scope of tender

III. Bidder qualification requirements

1. Qualification requirements: Grade 2 or above of general contracting of petrochemical engineering construction, at the same time, possesses GC1 grade or above for special equipment installation, renovation and maintenance license; holds valid safety production license, and passes quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health system certification. There is an access permit for the construction contractor of China National Petroleum Corporation. 2.Personnel requirements: The proposed main management personnel and key position staff must be self-employed for the company; and have the corresponding job certificate. The project manager qualifications should have qualifications for registered construction engineers who are majoring in petrochemical engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering. And similar project construction performance, project managers should also have security B card. 3 Financial requirements: The financial situation in the past three years is good, and it has the ability to effectively fulfill the contract assets. 4 Performance requirements: Construction performance of Changqing Oilfield in the past three years (To be able to independently handle issues related to the local people's external relations, all external coordination tasks related to the contracted project during the construction process need to be undertaken independently by the winning bidder, including the then government, residents, and young crops.
