A 32.768 kHz transistor is used at the input of a custom CMOS circuit with an average temperature difference of 160 or 161 degrees Fahrenheit. This transistor, together with a stepper motor, drives a traditional watch pointer. The circuit includes three inverting oscillators, 16 count flip-flops and some motor buffers.
