ONC18's CMOS manufacturing process at ON Semiconductor's 8-inch wafer manufacturing facility in Gresham, Orleans, USA is an ideal platform for developing low-power, highly integrated digital and mixed-signal application specific integrated circuits. The STELLAR project will further expand the ONC18 process to include needle photodiodes and transmission gate devices.
