According to overseas media reports, in order to create a tablet computer in the world, US tablet maker Kno has just completed a new round of financing, involving a total amount of up to 46 million US dollars. According to reports, Kno received financing from Andreessen Horowitz, Silicon Valley Bank and TriplePoint Capital. This is by far the largest financing Kno has ever received.
Anderson, one of the Anderson Holowitz fund partners, said he believes Kno will produce the most powerful tablet ever.
Kno's CEO Osman Rashid said Kno plans to produce the first dual-screen tablet, which is expected to cost no more than $1,000.
In fact, Toshiba has already launched a similar product, model Libretto W100.
