The video industry in China began in 2003. Before this, telecommunications carried out video services on a small scale and it was very small. Before 2003, China was based on the information age of voice and data. The ups and downs from 2003 to now more than 10 years have allowed us to initially achieve a large coverage of the first phase of the goal of ubiquitous audiovisual services. Now is the era of television + network video + mobile video + outdoor video.

Internet video is a pioneer and a former subversive and creator. It should be said that we have come to the present day. This is worth learning from many entrepreneurs. Sometimes you need to cooperate with the industry more than simply subvert it. Although IPTV has a lot of deficiencies, it still comes today. Although it entered the trough period last year and the previous year, there has been no major change in the development environment, and it also ushered in a new positive factor - broadband speed needs to lead the business, so far It is still only IPTV that has found direct appeal to broadband users.

Before we once optimistically estimated that IPTV can eventually reach 70 million users. Today I would like to correct it. With the changes in the market environment and the policy environment, IPTV may have tripled on this basis because Internet TV has not found an accurate market entry point. Of course, I also suggest that everyone should not be optimistic. This is the development plan for the next three years.

Some people have begun to make money on IPTV. There are more opportunities to make more money in the next two to three years than at present. This does not mean that IPTV's long-term vitality has always been there. Compared with Internet TV, the factors of system closure still exist. Taking advantage of the peak growth period of these two or three years, we should complete the transition of IPTV as soon as possible. Once this peak period has passed, the advantages may return to the original point.

The Internet TV has very good commercial potential, but it has adopted a destructive mode of development. It has only one result and has been isolated from the industry. Even when the market is highly developed in the United States, Google and Apple have encountered the same problem. When it took the entire industry chain to the end, it was finally abandoned by everyone.

Mobile Internet has grown rapidly in recent years. Mobile Internet provides us with more than just a product. It is not just a network. It provides a new business opportunity. Especially the 4G network directly brings us to a new video development stage.

We believe that the large coverage of video services has already been completed. Today we will be proud to say that we are the winners in the fierce competition. We are beginning to enter the next stage. The video competition is still fierce in the era of large-scale operation, and we need fine work. Everyone says that when the wind comes, pigs will fly, but not every pig can catch wind unless you seize the opportunity.

Multi-network collaboration becomes a must for video services. Multi-sector collaboration has become necessary. It is very important that business ideas need to be changed. This is traditional radio and television, Telecommunications units, they have not realized that innovation should be the first to meet the needs of users, rather than a list of features. Multi-industry collaboration is to vertically align services with the product line and value chain, and synthesize various functions according to the requirements of the service. This is the mode of thinking that must be adopted in the future. The terminal and service form also need to adapt to the user's habits. What the user should use, all of us here are not entitled to say this sentence. Many large Internet companies never say that users should use my business. It is totally the user's feelings first.

In the big video industry, everybody is actively investing in, but many companies will not be able to drive it. When the money is exhausted, the industry does not have a good development environment. However, since the crackdown on Internet piracy from last year to the present, China’s video may enter a charging era in about five years, changing from the traditional free service era to an era of content payment. It will take about 5 years. In this period of time, the interest may be yours. But you have to adapt to the current stage and let yourself live that moment.

This will have to mention "big video +". At present, the Internet has entered the Internet+ stage and it is necessary to cooperate with various industries. This is not a fashionable concept. In the last year, the concept of O2O emerged as one of the predecessors of the Internet+.
