The concept of a telemedicine system was originally proposed by the United States. An open telemedicine system usually includes: remote diagnosis, expert consultation, information service, online inspection and remote communication. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the telemedicine consultation activity process is carried out, and a real-time telemedicine consultation solution based on the B / S mode is designed. The 1NET technology is used to realize the functions of remote diagnosis, consultation and online guidance.
1 The overall system design and technical methods adopted
The choice of system architecture mode is crucial in an application. If not properly constructed, it may lead to increased complexity and inefficient applications. The system architecture mode has client (Clien t) / server (Server) mode, that is, C / S mode or fat client; browser (Browser) / server (Server) architecture mode, that is, B / S mode or thin client.
The B / S structure (Browser / Server structure) is an improved structure for the C / S structure with the rise of Internet technology. The biggest feature of the B / S mode is: users can directly access the text, data, images, animation, video and sound information on the Internet through the WWW browser without installing any client program. In addition, the B / S mode also has Use, development, business expansion, simple and convenient maintenance, strong sharing, etc.
Under the B / S structure, the user operation interface is implemented through the WWW browser. The front end (Browser) only contains a very small part of the transaction logic. The main transaction logic is implemented on the server side (Server), which concentrates all Development, maintenance and upgrade work, thereby simplifying the client software, users only need to install a browser as their operating platform. The client uses a browser to access the Internet, makes a request to the Web server, the Web server processes the request, queries the database, and then organizes the queried information into HTML pages to be returned to the user and displayed on the user's browser, thereby forming a B / S mode of three-layer structure. 2 Realization of telemedicine real-time consultation system
2.1.1 Consultation work mode
In the telemedicine system, the working mode of consultation can be divided into non-real time consultation and real-time consultation.
Non-real-time consultation is a remote medical expert's non-real-time diagnosis of remote patients by viewing the patient's medical records, including text, pictures, voice, and image data. Patients and consultation experts can conduct remote medical consultations or consultations via e-mail or other methods.
