The acceptance of the national project will be held at Inspur Huaguang Jinan Company. The conference hired well-known domestic experts such as Shandong University, Shandong Normal University and Shandong Jianzhu University as experts in the acceptance committee. Relevant leaders of the Jinan Economic and Information Committee attended the meeting. Zheng Tiemin, general manager of Inspur Huaguang, and Dr. Xu Xiangang, technical leader, attended the acceptance meeting.
The experts of the acceptance committee carefully listened to the project acceptance report made by the assistant general manager of Zhang Chengshan, reviewed the project related materials, and inspected the project construction site. After questioning and discussion, the experts of the acceptance committee believed that the project had completed the task of approval and agreed to pass the acceptance.
During the construction of the project, the company introduced key equipment such as MOCVD and electron beam evaporation stage, perfected the blue LED epitaxial wafer and chip production line, and expanded the production capacity of high-brightness blue LED products. Through project implementation, the R&D and production of power blue LED products packaged white light exceeded 120lm/W, reaching the domestic leading level; and formed the annual production capacity of high-brightness and power-type blue LED chips of 1.1 billion, the products have been supplied to customers in batches. , economic and social benefits are significant.
The successful acceptance of the national-level project marks that the company has built a first-class high-brightness LED product industry R&D and large-scale production base in China, further consolidating the company's leading position in the LED industry.
