The 6000-hour attenuation of the 6070 white light product in this test is: 97.40%@55°C, 96.99%@85°C, 96.33%@100°C, and Δu'v' is 0.0008-0.0009, which indicates that the product life can be publicized for more than 36,000 hours. . According to the life estimation method specified by IES TM-21, the estimated life is 47,000-59000 hours.
Up to now, Guoxing Optoelectronics has 3528 low-power, 6070 high-power two white LED device products tested by the authoritative organization LM-80, is the first domestic large and small power LED devices have passed the LM-80 6000 hour test .
The LM-80 is the IESNA (North American Institute of Lighting Engineering) approved lumen maintenance rate (LED lifetime) standard. The LM-80 test focuses on components of the light source, including LED packages, arrays, and modules, and uses this data to estimate lamp life. Manufacturers of LED lights, light engines and LED luminaires are required to obtain the “Energy Star†certification issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency, and their products must meet the requirements of the LM-80 standard test.
6070 is a high-power LED device with independent intellectual property rights based on PCB structure. It is the company's first high-power new structure. It has applied for more than 30 related patents and obtained the US invention patent authorization in 2012 (patent number US) 8,174,832 B2).
