II. Overview and scope of tender

In 2017, about 9,333 tons of sludge are expected to be disposed of (the actual workload is based on the eventual occurrence).

The 6th Oil Production Plant's 2016 oily sludge outsourcing project mainly deals with hazardous waste transfer procedures. Qualified enterprises need the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Environmental Protection Agency and local environmental protection authorities to approve oily sludge and landed oil soil. , conduct harmless disposal. Including the centralized shipment of landed oil and soil, harmless disposal; shipment of oily sludge during clearing operations and harmless disposal. Service Content: In the sixth oil refinery in 2017, about 9333 tons of sludge is expected to be disposed of in the oil field and the temporary storage site of sludge. Among them, in the Anwu oil production area, it is estimated that about 1,850 tons of sludge will be disposed of; in the Anbian oil extraction operation area, about 1,147 tons of oil sludge is expected to be disposed of; in the oil well production operation area, approximately 1,210 tons of sludge will be disposed of; It is expected that about 1600 tons of oil sludge will be disposed of; in the Xuezhuang oil production area, about 2,733 tons of sludge will be disposed of; in the Xin'an area, about 340 tons of sludge will be disposed of; the comprehensive oil production team is expected to dispose of about 453 tons of sludge.

III. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with a legal person or other organization with independent capacity for civil liability, complete business licenses and other licenses, good financial status, the right to independently sign contracts, and the ability to perform the contract well; continuously engaging in oil pollution in oil fields The mud was cleaned for 3 years.
