December 27, 2013 - ImaginaTIon Technologies (IMG.L) announced that Sequans CommunicaTIons SA will use MIPS ApTIv CPU to develop next-generation, low-power, cost-effective, single-mode LTE solutions for tablets, M2M Wide range of market applications such as Internet of Things (IoT), wearables and other consumer products.
Sequans' MIPS-based 4G products have been shipped to OEMs worldwide, and its MIPS-based EZLinkLTETM VZ20Q, VZ20M and VZ21M LTE Release 9 Category 4 modules have been certified by Verizon.
