At the operating point, a small voltage change can cause a large change in the laser tube current. In addition, excessive current ripple can also make the laser output unstable. The semiconductor laser has very strict requirements on its driving power supply; the output DC current is high, the current is stable, the ripple coefficient is low, and the power factor is high. As the output power of the laser continues to increase, a high-performance, high-current drive power source is required. In order to ensure the normal operation of the semiconductor laser tube, it is necessary to rationally design its driving power supply.
