According to Ningbo Customs statistics, from January to July, Ningbo's export lamps (including lamps, lighting fixtures and similar products, hereinafter referred to as lamps) were 8.48 billion yuan, an increase of 31.1% over the same period last year. Among them, the export in July was 1.65 billion yuan, an increase of 52.9%, and the export value reached a new high in a single month.

From January to July, the export lamps under general trade in Ningbo City reached 7.92 billion yuan, an increase of 33.5%, accounting for 93.4% of the total export value in the same period. Private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises exported 6.07 billion yuan and 2.09 billion yuan, respectively, up 41.3% and 11.6%, respectively, which together accounted for 96.2% of the total export value in the same period. The main export markets are the EU and the US, with exports of 4.05 billion yuan and 1.57 billion yuan respectively, up 26.7% and 22.2%, respectively, which together accounted for 66.3% of the total export value in the same period. In the same period, exports to ASEAN reached 390 million yuan, an increase of 1.8 times.

As the “hometown of Chinese lamps”, Yuyao exported a total of 1.99 billion yuan, ranking first in all districts and counties, accounting for 23.5% of the total value of Ningbo's lamps and lanterns during the same period.
