The two new regulations of "Dalian City Lighting Management Implementation Regulations" and "Dalian City Lighting Energy Conservation Management Regulations" newly issued by Dalian will be formally implemented on October 1.

The new implementation rules also made provisions prohibiting non-qualified and qualified units and personnel from engaging in the related professional work of urban lighting engineering design and construction; in addition, the new implementation rules also promoted the urban lighting energy-saving work in the form of laws and regulations. It has standardized and further strengthened the city's energy-saving lighting management work.
