CREE ) officially launched the industry-leading XLamp® MK-R LED after two years of breakthrough in the laboratory's light efficiency of 200 lm/W. Based on SC3's next-generation technology platform, the new XLamp® MK-R LED delivers up to 200 lm/W of light at 1W and 25°C.
The new XLamp® MK-R LEDs make it possible to achieve system light efficiency of over 100 lm/W for high lumen applications for outdoor and indoor directional applications, including halogen replacement lamps. XLamp® MK-R LEDs offer EasyWhite® color temperature binning for better color consistency with just one LED. For systems that use multiple LEDs, XLamp® MK-R LEDs help luminaire manufacturers reduce system cost by enabling a smaller number of LEDs to achieve the same light output and light quality as current systems. \
