Kang Blu-ray electric LED sapphire substrate project, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. It can be completed in three phases, and all investment can be completed within three years. After completion, it can realize an annual output value of 3 billion yuan.
Mr. Zhu Guigao, Chairman of Kang Blu-ray, told the reporter of Gaogong LED that the company has completed the construction of the first phase of the project. After the first phase of production, it will have a production scale of 200,000 LED sapphire substrates per month, which can achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan. In the next two years, through the second and third phases, we will achieve the goal of producing 12 million LED sapphire substrates with an annual output value of over 3 billion yuan.
Zhu Guigao pointed out that the company had visited the site in Wuhu in early March 2011, set up the company in April, and started construction in May. In less than three months, it set a rare "photoelectric speed" in the industry.
According to the statistics of the High-tech LED Industry Research Institute, the demand for LED sapphire substrates in the world was 73.21 million in 2012, and the demand for LED sapphire substrates in China was 22.53 million, accounting for 31%. Zhu Guigao introduced that Sanan Optoelectronics, Dehao Runda and other projects that are also rooted in Wuhu and Kang Blu-ray are part of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and they have complementary advantages. Kang Blu-ray is looking forward to the integration of the optoelectronic industry, opening up space for cooperation, and rapidly expanding the national optoelectronic industry.
