1. Significance: This CTO meeting is a memorable meeting. Only by borrowing some of the technologies of the package, it is possible to produce a good quality and cost-effective LED through the cooperation of the entire supply chain in the upper, middle and lower reaches.

At present, the emergence of high current density chips provides favorable conditions for reducing production costs. At present, the key point of high current density chip products is how to achieve scale in terms of extension. Only brightness improvement, size reduction is the real cost reduction, which is now the pursuit of the entire chip manufacturer.

3. Substrate: At present, silicon substrate has no advantage, and the advantage of sapphire is more obvious. The advantage of a silicon substrate is that it can be 8 inches, but its lattice matching is poor and the process is more complicated than sapphire. The biggest problem in the industry of GaN substrates is the cost. If the cost problem is solved, the market potential in the future is very large.

4. Packaging trends: The evolution of packaged products will move toward chip-level packaging trends. The first is the CSP package, and then the flip-chip COB, mainly reflected in the future consumption of these two products will be very large, especially in commercial lighting. At the same time, the 2835 product has a great advantage, including the application of the whole field, excellent cost performance and strong compatibility. Since the 2835 is mainly used in the small and medium power field, the isolated power supply will be used more, and the PCT is expected to form a scale.

5, CSP package: Now everyone is moving towards small-sized CSP devices, CSP package will greatly reduce the cost of packaging in materials. The CSP chip with flip-chip structure will bring about a significant increase in packaging efficiency for the packaging company, and the product concentration will be greatly improved. 6, power: power supply development trend has three main points. The first is standardization. The early power supplies are matched point-to-point. In the future, they will be point-to-point matching. Secondly, digital power supply can make the volume smaller, the response speed is faster, and the cost performance is higher.
