What are the technical characteristics and advantages of DMB-T?
DMB-T showed much better performance and characteristics than any existing terrestrial digital TV standard in the earliest tests. These advantages have been fully confirmed in various laboratory tests and field trials, mainly including:

(2) Higher receiving sensitivity than other schemes. The signal-to-noise ratio threshold of DMB-T is more than 10% higher than that of European DVB-T system, and the receiving sensitivity is greatly improved.
(3) Receiving in high-speed movement. The fast channel estimation technology in the time domain is used to reduce the system synchronization and channel estimation time from about 200ms and 1ms to 2ms and 0.6ms, respectively, from other standards.
(4) Better single frequency network support. The frame structure synchronized with absolute time makes its single frequency network synchronization equipment easier to realize than DVB-T's similar equipment, and can support mobile receiving single frequency network in a larger range.
(5) Stronger function expansion. Each signal frame with a length of 500 μS of information data is set with a unique address frame header, which can facilitate the identification and separation of data information to integrate multi-service broadcasting; fast synchronization and identifiable signal frames and a multi-frame structure synchronized with absolute time, It can support a two-way interactive system; it is convenient to set the automatic wake-up function to achieve the purpose of power saving, which can support portable reception.
