Tonghui Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly invested by the 13th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and Hebei Information Industry Investment Co., Ltd. to develop and produce high-efficiency full-color LED epitaxy, chip, package and application.
Mr. Fu Liming, deputy general manager of Tonghui Electronics, said in an exclusive interview with Gaogong LED reporter that Tonghui Electronics plans to purchase 100 MOCVD epitaxy and supporting process equipment in 5-8 years. At present, there are already 17 MOCVD equipment in production.
For this year's LED chip market performance, Fu Liming bluntly said, "This year, LED is basically a time of the Warring States period, the chip market is full of smoke." At the same time, he believes that "this year is a crisis is also a turning point." Based on this, Fu Liming analyzed, "It takes half a year to a year to rectify, and the growth of the entire LED may see a substantial increase after the second quarter of next year."
It is precisely because of the future growth of LEDs that Tonghui Electronics has not slowed down the expansion of LEDs, but prepared for the future.
