1. Energy saving: LED car (car insurance quote) lamp is a cold light source . In general, the power consumption is low, and the power consumed does not exceed -W, which is more than 70% energy saving than traditional light sources.
2. Environmental protection: There is no ultraviolet and infrared rays in the spectrum, no heat, no radiation, small glare, and waste can be recycled. There is no pollution and no mercury. It can be safely touched. It is a typical green lighting light led source.
3. Long life: There is no loose part in the lamp body. There are no shortcomings such as filament light-emitting, heat deposition, light decay, etc. Under the proper current and voltage, the service life can reach 60,000 hours.
Up to 100,000 hours, more than 10 times longer than traditional light sources.
4. High brightness and high temperature resistance.
5. Small size.
6. Good stability and strong anti-LED shock performance: resin package, not easy to break, easy to store and transport.
7.LED car lights. High luminous purity, bright colors, no need for lamp cover filtering, light wave error within 10 nanometers.
8. The reaction speed is fast, no need for hot start time, it can be illuminated within microseconds, and the traditional glass bulb has a delay of 0.3 seconds to prevent rear-end collision.
9. Meaning of limit parameters
(1) Allowing work lead consumption Pm: The maximum value of the product of the forward DC voltage applied to the LED and the current flowing through it. Above this value, the LED is hot and damaged.
(2) Maximum forward DC current IFm: The maximum forward DC current allowed to be applied. Exceeding this value can damage the diode.
(3) Maximum reverse voltage VRm: The maximum reverse voltage allowed to be applied. Above this value, the LED may be damaged by breakdown.
(led4) Working environment topm: The ambient temperature range in which the LED can work normally. Below or above this temperature range, the LED will not work properly and the efficiency will be greatly reduced.
10. The meaning of electrical parameters
(1) Spectral distribution and peak wavelength: The light emitted by a certain LED is not a single wavelength.
(2) Luminous intensity IV: The luminous intensity of the light-emitting diode generally refers to the luminous intensity in the direction of the method of the LED (the axis of the cylindrical light-emitting tube refers to its axis). If the radiation intensity in this direction is (1/683) W/sr, then the light can be 1 candela (symbol cd). Since the general LED has a small intensity of light emission, the intensity of the light is usually used as a unit of candela (mcd).
(3) Spectral half-width Δλ: It indicates the spectral purity of the arc tube. It refers to the interval between the two wavelengths corresponding to the 1/2 peak intensity in FIG.
(4led) Half-value angle θ 1/2 and viewing angle: θ 1/2 means the angle between the direction in which the luminous intensity value is half of the axial intensity value and the axial direction of the light emission (normal direction). Two times the half value angle is the angle of view (or half power angle). The angular distribution of the luminous intensity of two different types of LEDs is given. The coordinates of the mid-perpendicular line (normal) AO are the relative luminous intensities (ie, the ratio of the luminous intensity to the maximum luminous intensity). Obviously, in the direction of the normal line, Nanxun Court 9. The angle of the direction away from the normal direction is larger, and the relative luminous intensity is smaller. From this graph, a half value led angle or a viewing angle value can be obtained.
(5) Forward working current If: It refers to the forward current value when the LED is normally illuminated. In actual use, you should select IF below 0.6 & mid dot; IFm as needed.
(6) Forward working voltage VF: The operating voltage given in the parameter table is obtained at a given forward current. It is generally measured at IF = 20 mA. The LED forward operating voltage VF is 1.4 to 3V. As the outside temperature rises, the VF will drop.
(7) VI characteristics: The relationship between the voltage and current of the LED. When the forward voltage is less than a certain value (called the threshold), the current is extremely small and does not emit light. When the voltage exceeds a certain value, the forward current rapidly increases with the voltage and illuminates. The parameters of the forward voltage, reverse current and reverse voltage of the arc tube can be obtained from the VI curve. The forward light-emitting tube reverse leakage current IR<10μA or less.
