The debugging work of the inverter is relatively complicated. It is difficult for the general equipment manufacturers to complete the operation independently. Basically, the inverter manufacturer is required to assist the debugging of the entire equipment. Therefore, in the debugging process of the inverter, both the manufacturer and the manufacturer must consider and pay attention to these problems.
1. The cable connected to the motor should be shielded or armored, preferably laid in a metal tube.
2. The end of the cut-off cable should be as neat as possible. The unshielded line segment should be as short as possible, and the cable length should not exceed a certain distance (usually 50m). Because if the wiring distance between the inverter and the motor is too long, the high harmonic leakage current from the cable will adversely affect the inverter and peripheral equipment.
3. The grounding wire returned from the motor controlled by the inverter should be directly connected to the corresponding grounding terminal of the inverter. Do not share the grounding wire of the inverter with the welder and power equipment as short as possible. The minimum cross-sectional area of ​​the grounding wire of the inverter must be greater than or equal to the cross-sectional area of ​​the power supply cable.
4. The control cable should use stranded shielded wire or double-stranded shielded wire to prevent malfunction and cause malfunction. 5. In order to avoid the influence of noise, the length of the control cable should not exceed 50m. The control cable and motor cable must be laid separately, using separate wireways and as far as possible.
There are also some special matters needing attention in the daily maintenance of the inverter. If you find that the inverter is faulty, do not open the inverter for maintenance immediately. This is very dangerous and there is a possibility of personal electric shock. This is because even if the inverter is not in operation, even if the power supply has been cut off, the inverter's power input line, DC terminal and motor terminals may still have voltage due to the presence of the capacitor. Second, pay special attention to the measurement of the output parameters of the inverter. It should be treated differently depending on the control method.
