Control principle and operation technology of passenger elevator

When the safety door is closed, the safety door collides with the travel switch, the normally open travel switch is in an open state, the travel switch circuit power supply forms an open circuit, and the normally closed relay does not operate or is in a closed state mechanical operation;

When the safety door is opened, the safety door leaves the travel switch, the normally open travel switch is in a closed state, the travel switch circuit power is turned on, the normally closed relay is in an open state, and the mechanical operation cannot be performed;

Only when the safety door is safely protected, that is, the derrick and the elevator opening are in a safe state, the machine can operate normally, thereby achieving the purpose of safe operation.

Operating technology

1. The two-purpose elevator for people and goods must be installed and dismantled by a professional team that has obtained the disassembly and assembly qualification certificate issued by the construction administrative department, and must be operated and repaired by professional personnel who have obtained professional training and obtained operation certificates.

2. The foundation shall be cast concrete foundation, its carrying capacity shall be greater than 150KPa, the allowable deviation of the flatness of the upper surface of the foundation shall be 10mm, and drainage facilities shall be provided.

3. The overall stability of the lift should be ensured. The distance between the longitudinal centerline of the elevator rail frame and the exterior wall of the building should be a small installation size.

4. When the rail frame is installed, the theodolite is used to measure and calibrate the elevator in two directions, and the verticality tolerance is 5/10000 of its height.

5. The free height of the top of the rail frame, the distance between the rail frame and the wall, the distance between the two attachment points of the rail frame and the minimum height of the attachment wall shall not exceed the factory regulations.

6. The special switch box of the lift should be located near the chassis for easy operation. The feed capacity should meet the requirements for direct start of the lift. The box must be equipped with short circuit, overload, phase sequence, phase failure and zero protection. All electrical installations of the lift shall comply with the provisions of Sections 3.1 and 3.4 of JGJ33-2001.

7. Stable protective railings shall be provided within 2.5m around the lift ladder cage. The platform passages of each floor shall be flat and firm, and protective railings and protective doors shall be provided at the entrance and exit. There shall be no obstacles that may endanger the operation of the entire journey.
