In terms of measures, the Opinions emphasized the support for semiconductor lighting technology, with a focus on supporting a certain scale and technical strength, especially for enterprises with independent intellectual property rights, to expand production scale through technological transformation, and to enhance core competitiveness and industrialization.
Wan Gang, Minister of Science and Technology, said that through the guidance and support of the government, it is the first to promote semiconductor lighting technology in the pilot city for public lighting.
