In the design of the DC boost circuit, the Boost boost circuit has a simple structure and can change the uncontrollable DC input into a controllable DC output, which is widely used in adjustable DC switching power supply and DC motor drive. The Boost circuit has only one switching tube, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional series-type regulated power supply with large energy consumption and large volume, and has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, high conversion efficiency, and no common state conduction of the bridge circuit.
In this paper, the Boost chopper circuit is used as the main circuit of the DC boost circuit, and the control circuit is designed with SG3525 as the control core, including the perfect protection circuit. The output can be basically stabilized at DC650V when the input voltage is DC78～117V. The simulation experiment proves that the design method of this paper is correct, the circuit is simple and practical, and it can achieve the intended purpose better.
2, design planThe system design block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The rated input is 96V, and the purpose is to boost the output to DC540V.

After the output voltage is sampled and signal conditioned, it is sent to pin 1 of SG3525. Pin 1 is the inverting input terminal of the error amplifier, and the feedback signal is connected to the pin to form closed-loop control. The PWM wave generated by the SG3525 is driven by the isolation driving circuit to drive the switching device IGBT in the Boost chopper circuit, and the DC input voltage is boosted to the set value output.
